Audition Information
Teachers planning to enter students in the 2010 auditions should study the TMTA Auditions Syllabus and the 1996 Musicianship Manual to select repertoire, choose correct theory phases, and read general guidelines. New teachers can order a syllabus ($3) and a Musicianship Manual ($20) from Carole Boeing, 6638 Holt Rd., Nashville, TN 37206 (615-333-9222). Your check should be made payable to TMTA. We recommend that new members find a "veteran" of this process to guide them through the audition procedure.
