Knoxville Music Teachers Association

     Student Chapter    

MTAUTK (Music Teachers Association at the UT Knoxville) is a student chapter affiliate of MTNA.  Both undergraduate and graduate students aspiring to obtain careers as independent or collegiate music teachers are encouraged to join this organization.  Members of MTAUTK participate in a variety of social and learning opportunities and assist KMTA members with Performance and Theory Auditions which are held at the University each spring.  Membership in MTAUTK also includes a subscription to the American Music Teacher Journal.
